Draft Status

Updated September 14, 2026. This revised policy is a draft and does not take effect until InfraCharm publishes it after review.

About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how InfraCharm collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit infracharm.com, contact us, schedule a meeting, request a proposal, purchase a service, or otherwise interact with InfraCharm. A contract, statement of work, or data-processing agreement may provide additional terms for client data handled during an engagement.

Information We Collect

  • Contact and business information: name, company, role, email address, telephone number, billing address, and details you provide about a request or project.
  • Account and transaction information: services purchased, invoices, payment status, transaction identifiers, refunds, and related records. Payment card information is generally collected and processed by the payment provider rather than stored directly by InfraCharm.
  • Website and device information: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring page, approximate visit times, diagnostic data, and campaign or referral parameters.
  • Communications: email, support requests, meeting information, form submissions, chat messages, feedback, and records of business communications.
  • Infrastructure and project information: system inventories, configurations, logs, diagrams, technical contacts, credentials or access details, and other information made available for an assessment or engagement.
  • Information from third parties: information received from payment providers, scheduling tools, hosting providers, referral partners, vendors, and other parties involved in a requested service.

Please do not provide regulated or highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for an agreed engagement and appropriate handling terms are in place.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver agreed services.
  • Manage client relationships, projects, invoices, payments, renewals, and service communications.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and business systems.
  • Detect abuse, investigate security events, preserve service integrity, and enforce applicable agreements.
  • Maintain business, tax, accounting, security, and legal records.
  • Send requested or service-related communications and, where permitted, relevant business updates. You may opt out of promotional email without affecting necessary service messages.
  • Comply with law, lawful process, and valid requests from public authorities.

Legal Grounds Where Required

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, InfraCharm may process personal information to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as providing and securing services, or act with consent. Consent may be withdrawn where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website may use cookies, local storage, session storage, logs, and similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, scheduling, and analytics. Browser controls may allow you to remove or block some technologies, but doing so can affect site functions. InfraCharm will provide any consent controls required for nonessential technologies under applicable law.

How We Share Information

InfraCharm does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary:

  • To vendors that support payment processing, hosting, communications, scheduling, accounting, security, storage, and other business operations.
  • To subcontractors or project partners approved or reasonably required for an engagement, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • At your direction or with your consent.
  • To comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect rights, safety, systems, clients, and the public.
  • In connection with a proposed or completed sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of some or all business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Client Data and Access

During infrastructure work, InfraCharm may access systems or data controlled by a client. InfraCharm uses that access only for authorized work, security, legal compliance, and related administration. The client determines what information is made available and is responsible for having authority to provide it. Engagement-specific retention, deletion, location, confidentiality, and security requirements should be stated in the applicable written agreement.

Data Retention

InfraCharm retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, to provide services, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and insurance obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and contract. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

Security

InfraCharm uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards selected for the nature of the information and the services involved. These may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups, and restricted use of credentials. No method of transmission, storage, or security control can eliminate all risk, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

International Processing

InfraCharm is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. Where required, InfraCharm will use a lawful transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguards.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about how personal information is used or disclosed. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and opt out of promotional email.

To make a request, email [email protected]. InfraCharm may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. If information is controlled by an InfraCharm client, contact that client first because InfraCharm may act only as its service provider.

Children's Privacy

InfraCharm's website and business services are not directed to children under 13, and InfraCharm does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Third-Party Sites and Services

The website may link to services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and InfraCharm is not responsible for their websites or practices.

Changes to This Policy

InfraCharm may update this policy to reflect changes in services, technology, vendors, or law. The revised policy will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law or an applicable agreement.
