Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by InfraCharm LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Payment Terms
- All major credit cards are accepted for payment.
- Late payments may incur a 5% late fee for every day they are late.
- Payment is for the goods/services described in the attached invoice.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review by Management.
- Recurring invoices may be cancelled by speaking directly to management or InfraCharm Staff.
- Additional services may result in extra charges and/or a new invoice or payment arrangement.
- Any inquiry for a refund must be initiated within 5 days of paying the invoice.
Suspension of Services
InfraCharm LLC reserves the right to suspend services for late payments after 2 days of overdue payment(s).InfraCharm LLC reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment after 7 days of overdue payment(s).Service termination does not guarantee your data is saved or otherwise stored by InfraCharm LLC.General Use of Services
- Users agree not to misuse or interfere with our services.
- Users must provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
Intellectual Property
InfraCharm LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
InfraCharm LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. If you would like to file a claim for damages or losses, please speak to InfraCharm LLC Management.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Changes to Terms
InfraCharm LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
